When Life Reorients the Rhythm: Coming back to the Online World.

A letter to my dear readers and followers.
For a little while, this space has been quieter than usual. I want to begin by acknowledging
that, and by thanking you for your patience, your presence, and the way you continue to
return here even when words pause.
The past weeks asked for my full attention in ways that didn’t translate easily into writing
or sharing. Some moments are meant to be lived first, before they are shaped into sentences.
I trusted that silence, even as it carried me away from this space longer than I intended, would have a way to give space for everything to be reborn, stronger and more beautiful than ever.
If you noticed the pause, please know it wasn’t a turning away, it was a turning inward.

This beginning of the year has carried a particular weight for many of us. In Numerology, 2026 opens as a number One year, a threshold often associated with beginnings, realignments, and quiet decisions. Alongside this, the strong Capricorn emphasis at the start of the year has drawn attention toward what is tangible and grounded, our responsibilities, our commitments, our bodies, and our lives as they are lived beyond the digital realm. For many, this has meant a natural shift away from constant online presence, and toward what needs to be built, chosen, or cared for in the physical world.
I’m here now to say that I am sorry for the sudden absence, both to you who read You Are Growth, and to this practice itself, which depends on rhythm, consistency, and return. And I want to name how grateful I am for the space that was held while life asked for something different.
We are coming back, slowly, intentionally, and together.
Starting today and in the coming days, we will begin writing again. We will return to the astrological moments of January and February 2026 that unfolded while we were quiet, not
as something missed, but as cycles still alive and still speaking. Symbolic time rarely moves in straight lines, and meaning does not disappear simply because a calendar page has turned.
If you are still here, still reading, still listening to your own inner seasons, I am grateful for your presence.
If any questions arise, you’re welcome to reach out privately through the website, by email, or via any of the usual communication channels, including Instagram.
With gratitude and as always, much love to all, Valentina.
