Sometimes we feel it before we understand it, a shift in energy, a strange heaviness, a flicker of momentum that seems to come from somewhere just beyond us. In astrology, those moments often arrive alongside planetary alignments. But what are they really? And how do they shape our experience?

She doesn’t need to name every star to feel its rhythm. The sky speaks and she listens.

Planetary alignments aren’t about prediction or control. They’re patterns in the sky, visible rhythms that speak to deeper rhythms within us. When two or more planets meet or face off

in the heavens (what we Astrologers call aspects), they highlight certain themes: tension, release, growth, insight. It’s not fate. It’s invitation.

For example, when Mars and Pluto form a square in the sky, it’s not that something bad will happen, but we might feel internal pressure, power dynamics surfacing, or a call to act with more honesty. When Venus and Jupiter align, we may feel more open-hearted, connected, or drawn to beauty and meaning.

These alignments interact with our own natal charts, that personal snapshot of the sky the moment we were born. If a current alignment touches something tender in your chart, you might feel it more deeply. Not as a rule, but as a resonance.

Astrology doesn’t ask us to believe in it. It invites us to pay attention. What happens when we start noticing? We begin to live with the sky instead of beneath it. We move with awareness. We learn our own cycles.

You don’t need to know all the names or track every transit. Sometimes it’s enough to simply notice. You might find yourself more tender around a full moon, or more inward during a Mercury retrograde. Maybe a conversation feels heavier than usual, or you’re suddenly inspired to begin something new and later, you learn Mars just met your Sun.

These moments don’t ask for analysis. They ask for presence. For curiosity. For a pause to ask, “What is this moment trying to show me?” In my practice, I don’t see planetary alignments as answers, I see them as mirrors. They don’t tell you what to do, but they can offer insight into why something feels the way it does. And often, that’s enough.

If you're curious about what the sky is reflecting for you right now, I’d be honored to explore that with you. Together, we can sit with your chart and see what themes are rising.

You don’t have to speak astrology to feel its rhythm. You’re already living it.

Much love to all, Valentina.
