Lemuria, Atlantis, and Shambhala: Three Temples of Earth’s Sacred Memory.
There are times when the inner world becomes quiet enough for old memories to rise.
Not personal memories, but the memory held in the Earth itself, the soft echo of civilizations
that shaped humanity long before our current age. Lemuria, Atlantis, and Shambhala belong
to this lineage. Each carries a different note in Earth’s spiritual evolution, and each continues
to exist in the metaphysical continuum even if their physical forms have changed.

Lemuria: The First Garden of the Heart.
Lemuria is often described as Earth’s ancient heart. It stretched across the Pacific Ocean, touching what is now Hawaii, Easter Island, New Zealand, and the western coasts of the
Americas. Lemurian consciousness was gentle, intuitive, and deeply connected to the
natural world. This was a civilization that lived primarily from the heart. The Lemurians understood oneness not as a belief, but as a lived reality. Their society held a strong feminine presence, guided by priestesses and masters aligned with compassion and inner unity.
Many ascended masters first walked with humanity here, including Lady Kwan Yin and Lady
Nada, whose teachings shaped the culture of tenderness for which Lemuria is remembered.

Atlantis: The Temple of Mind and Mastery.
As Lemuria began to fade, Atlantis rose in the Atlantic Ocean, near the regions we now know
as the Azores and Canary Islands. Where Lemuria embodied feeling, Atlantis embodied knowledge. The Atlantean temples worked with sacred geometry, sound healing, crystalline technology, and advanced forms of energy that later seeded wisdom traditions around the
world. Masters such as Lady Portia and Saint Germain lived among the Atlanteans, teaching justice, alchemy, and the responsible use of power. Atlantis was brilliant, and also fragile. Its decline taught humanity the importance of balancing heart and intellect, intuition and mastery. When Atlantis fell, its wisdom did not disappear. It dispersed across the world, reawakening
later in Egypt, Greece, Tibet, and the Celtic lands.

Shambhala: The Eternal City of Light.
Today, the spiritual heart of Earth continues to shine through Shambhala, a higher dimensional city anchored in the Himalayas. Though unseen by the physical eye, its presence can be felt in the mountains of Tibet, Nepal, and northern India, where the veil between worlds becomes thinner.
Shambhala is the home of Lord Sanat Kumara, Lady Venus, Lord Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Lord Sananda, and many masters who guide the unfolding of the divine plan for Earth. It is not a lost realm, but a living sanctuary where wisdom continues to be tended with quiet devotion. From here, the Ascended Masters work together as guardians, teachers, and bridges between the visible and invisible worlds.

The Inner Earth and the Cities of Light.
Deep beneath the surface of the planet lie inner temples and luminous cities, places where ancient wisdom continues to evolve. These inner realms vibrate at a higher frequency and
remain connected to the outer world through natural portals, often located in high mountain ranges. In Egypt, beneath Luxor, Serapis Bey oversees a white flame temple dedicated to purity
and ascension. In Mount Shasta, the Lemurian city of Telos continues to cultivate heart centered
living under the guidance of Lord Adama and the Ancient Councils. Mount Shasta, there are crystalline cities that holds Atlantean and Lemurian wisdom, supported by Saint Germain and masters connected to the Violet Flame.
In the Himalayas, Shambhala serves as the central spiritual sanctuary of Earth, guided by Lord Sanat Kumara and generations of Cosmic Teachers. In the Pyrenees, the Carpathians, and parts
of the Alps, smaller retreats hold libraries, healing chambers, and temples where masters such
as Lord Kuthumi, Djwhal Khul, and Lady Mother Mary have walked in silence. Each of these places acts as a meeting point where the inner and outer worlds touch. They help stabilize Earth’s spiritual field and offer guidance to those who feel called to walk a path of remembrance.

A Living Continuum.
Lemuria opened the heart. Atlantis awakened the mind. Shambhala anchors the spirit.
Together, along all the other Inner Earthian Cities, Temples and Etheric Retreats, they
form a continuum, not separate civilizations, but different expressions of humanity’s
long journey toward unity. Their masters still walk beside us, quietly supporting the
evolution of the planet and the awakening of the soul.
May this remembrance bring softness to the heart, and a gentle sense of belonging
to something far older than this single lifetime.
Much love, Valentina.
